EBC Greenstuff pads are good, pricey though at about 100$ a set. They do however cut back on dust and the dust it does create is easier to clean off, not to mention they do perform really well too. As far as rotors are concerned I find that slotted or drilled rotors work nice bu I have been told that the slotted AND drilled rotors can crack if they get to hot but I have never used them so I couldnt say from experience.

The Morse ceramic pads from Autozone are good and don't leave the black dust on your rims. I've used them on several vehicles.

Most of the performance pads will leave a fair amount of dust.
