www.vtengines.com sells 20 and 30 over. Call them and discuss what you are doing so you can get exactly what you need.
Your gonna probably need @ 11cc dished pistons to get the Compression down some on the 4V. That should get you in the low 9's CR...16-17cc would be in the mid 8's CR like the 03/04 Cobra.
