Check the plug and the coil. Most likely one of them is bad. Easy way is to swap coils and see if the problem migrates to the other cylinder.

My coil pack on my #6 cylinder about a week ago. Also, you can check the coil pack boot to see if it is warn. a new boot is alot cheaper than a coil pack!!

i don't have a tuner......so that's out. because it would be a lot of trouble to swap and then drive back to autozone.

anyone know the cylinder numbers?

Yeah my friends 2000 GT's coil on cyl #8 like blew up. It was still connected and somehow the bottom of it was out the top and it bent itself out of the spark plug well. Went to the dealer and 97 bucks for a new coil. His car is now dead and at the dealer.

just swap it at autozone.... they'll probably do it for you.

autozone doesn't.....i could take it somewhere else and have them do it......but i'd rather save the cash and do it myself......not to mention i'd just rather do it myself.
