4.6 Cam swap

RE: 4.6 Cam swap
Use the "Search" option. There have been countless threads about cams. Give us more info. What kind of car? Stock?Do you plan on going FI? Miles?...If you want a rough idle, get stage 2 cams. Comp makes good cams, so does VT. Or you can get a set of custom cams. A cam swap is not the easiest thing to do. If you feel comfortable or mechanically inclined to re-time your engine, then go for it.

Do a search, this has been gone over before. Don't come here and be a ween & expect any help next time. You barely gave your post 1 hour for a response. You did ask the procedure, it is quite a lengthy swap, as I've done it before - but why would we be so willing to take the time out of our day & do you a favor when someone acts the way you did?
Welcome to MF.
