thinking about buying a cobra

RE: thinking about buying a cobra
yea... just like a twin turbo kit 6500 riight, and those 39lbs injectors you got will handle it right, anyway im done arguing bc I already know all about it and I dont have to prove my self to you. And the cobra motor "is not built" per sea - its still a stock car and not it is not nearly as strong as an aftermarket parted build... sorry to burst your bubble, but you we could settle this reall easy, just take all that money you got and put 700 rwhp down full time and lets see how long and how much it costs... go ahead be my guest. Im still waiting from months ago, when we did this convo the first time

Really? Then how am I making almost the same gas milage with double to rwhp then my GT?
If you're not driving hard you can get good milage on the car. If you stay off of boost and utilize the 6th gear, it's very possible.
bran - I am not going to have my car that high. I don't want to spend the 4k on the KB to get that 700rwhp... my goal is 600+ rwhp/tor. - Once my ported blower gets in when Hermann gets back from Horsepower by Hermann in the next week or so... then, probably the end of the year, will upgrade my injectors (already have my fuel and MAF for it) and put a simple 100 shot on it. and ill have hit my goal.
You don't know 1/2 of what you think you do. To run 700rwhp on a Cobra this is what you need: Clutch, Twin Screw blower (KB 2.6/2.8), tune, MAF, BAP or Ford GT pumps, intake, exhaust, Head cooling mod, Heat exchanger, radiator is a good idea, red pill IRS upgrade.
Of course the motor isn't as strong as an aftermarket block. However, it's good enough to handle that type of power with the right cooling mods and a good tune. However, you still have a 700rwhp with the ability of being a daily driven car. There are a few of them out there, like I said if you want proof go have fun on svtperformance - I had the "terminator namesake thread" on one of my pm's on there... that's how i was able to find it quickly.
Most Terminator owners have 550-650rwhp Whipples or conservative tuned KB's..
