Default Coil Over question

So to anyone that has Coil Overs, I want to know. The handling differance you get from the coilovers versus a good strut set up. How much stiffer is it? and how much better is the handling in the end? I should mention i'm not interested in drag racing, but canyon running rather.

I will have coil overs in about 2 months, I will be able to tell you then...Sorry that's the best I can do.

Edit: Well, I already have them but the car just isn't running yet.

I have coilovers on the front right now. The handeling is great. I have adj struts so they are good for both drag and road racing. Turns I had to slow down to 30mph to take I can now take at 50mph. I have no sway bar up front (no longer needed with coilovers) and my rear suspension is no longer stock.
