Well I'm trying to modify my current tune to run race gas. I'll be on 110 octane leaded gas, and I want to bump timing 3 degrees. But my stupid Xcal will only DECREASE timing. I can choose 0-2000rpm, 2000-4000 and 4000-8000, and when I get there, there is a down arrow, but not up arrow! Why is that? I HATE THIS THING!

Glad you found it. My car was predator tuned about 3 months ago. I had to swap to SCT. I LOVED the predator. If I didnt have to swap for my dyno shop, I'd get Diablo tuned right this second.

Reason why you can't up the timing is because whatever tune you have is maxed at the timing the programmer of the tune set it at, really does not have to do with the SCT it self, but the tune. Thats why they sell the Advantage 3 software, so you can have control of everything (from my understanding, if im not 100% correct then please correct me.)
