Need Help With Tuner....Car Wont Start

Hey guys we installed, well TRIED to install the hypertech power programmer III tonight, went thru did all the Y and N questions and what not, then after we turned off the key and then turned it back on for the tuner to reboot, it said error code 6E. Then we tried to start the car, but all it did was keep turning over and trying to start, anyone have this trouble? i searched for over an hour now and cant find hardly anything useful to help me out here, i just uninstalled the tune and the car starts and runs fine now, but does anyone know what can be causing this?

Your best bet would be to call them. Is this a new tuner, or used? If it was new and that happened to me I WOULD BE PISSED! But yeah call them up and see what they say to do.
