I am going to have my engine rebuilt.i currently have an automatic[sm=smiley24.gif]2000GT w/ 107,000mi on it. i am planning on supercharging shortly after the rebuild or possibly at the same time. how aggressive do i need to go w/ the rebuild?Also, should i consider a transmission & gears @ the same time, or can that wait a little bit. I am not intent on pushing any crazy numbers, just something reasonable for a daily driver, & occasionally the track. budget is flexible, so i will consider all options within reason.

Before paying for a complete rebuild.I would look into a short/long block.They're pretty[/align]reasonably priced.And you can have it done in almost any configuration.A forged bottom end[/align]and good flowing heads are a must if supercharging,nitrous,etc...[/align]
