gauge problem

RE: gauge problem
Lift the needles up a little or do this:
They have screws that hold the glass cover over the instrument cluster. This cover also pushes down on the gauge overlay you have installed. Well in different temperatures, believe it or not, the overlay will expand/contract.
Make sure the screws that hold the plastic glass cover over the cluster are pretty loose. Back them out until you see the overlay rise. When you put them tight, the overlay will clamp down around the edges, and when it expands it will bow out in the middle, causing the speedo and tach needles to stick on the overlay.
I had the same problem, especially in heat or really cold temperatures in the morning. Just keep those screws loose enough where they dont push down around the overlay, and when it expands, it wont bow out the middle of it.
