Default Problem during warm up

My car has been running really poorly until it warms up a bit...it idles fine, but under any acceleration, the car bogs down. After 5-10 minutes of driving, it runs perfectly. I recently had an O2 sensor problem... a chunk of ice ripped my sensor wires out. I repaired the wiring, but I think the sensor might have gotten damaged. Would that make sense if it were a sensor issue if it works after driving for a while? It almost seems like only one bank of cylinders is firing... What do you guys think?

Could be minor problems. How many miles do you have on the spark plugs in your car. I just went thru a similar situation and all I needed to do was swap plugs

I'm hoping its minor... I only have 15k on these plugs... but it has been a hard winter, so perhaps some new plugs are inorder, but I'm thinking its the O2 sensor, so I'm going to run to Autozone and pick up a replacement, but any more ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I wasted $60 on a new O2 sensor. It still runs like crap. I'm going to try to test the ignition system some how this weekend. I'm not sure how to tell if there is a misfire, but that is what it seems like. It sounds weird, but I wish I could get a CEL or something...
Does anybody know of a good way to test the ignition system for spark? I have multimeters and such, so I'm thinking about starting withtesting the wires for continuity, but I'm not sure how to check the coilpacks... I can't really move the wires around to see if the problem migrates to other cylindersbecause I don't know where the troubledcylinder(s) are... so is there another way to check if its the coilpacks? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I have noticed that even after it starts running fine if I am stopped at a light and have to idle for a bit, the problem comes back... don't know if anybody else has experienced this or anything...
