I'm in a situation like this....I have a max of $450 and want to add some power to my 01 GT to help at the 1/4 AND on outocrossing/street....other than gears(can't afford because of install $$350), what bolt on or mail order tuner would be in my price range and WELL worth the money......i have CAI and Flowmaster exhaust sway bars and wide tires now .....I was thinking of the sct xcal or maybe Accufab TB/Plenum combo...... Thanks in advance

well with that kinda money I would say wait it out and get the gears. Your not going to have many other choices that can get you some more power. At least significantly more power.

well..........I think you guys are right.....I will save $400 more and get some 3.73 gears...I keep looking at the sct tuner/gears/fluid combo from american muscle...........time to go to work

I would save more money and get 3.90 gears, aluminum flywheel & decent clutch, and SCT X-cal for the best bang for the buck. Put it all on at once so you can feel the difference. Also, get a catless x-pipe.
