Sounds like a plan to me. My fenders keep eating up my Potenza tires..........

wow... I didnt even know they made a tool to roll the fenders! Although I have to say I am not convinced that is the best way to do it... watching him work that tool I noticed the fender was flexing badly! I don't like that.... back in the day I worked at TotalFX... a custom shop out here in Vegas, very well known, but after about 20 or so years it is now closed... guess he retired.the way we did it was we took a high speed cutter and cut slits in the lip every 1-2 inches or so.... then we heated the area to be rolled one small section at a time with a heat gun, and tapped the "flaps" made with the cutter up a couple at a time with a small dead blow hammer... always turned out real clean and safe... I don't like the look of that tool... putting pressure on the lugs, flexing the whole fender, it seems it would be easy to kink the fender that way. I like my way better! Not to mention... how much does that tool cost??

Not sure, but that's the kind of tool you rent, not buy...unless you wanna start charging people to do it for them.
