+1 The header work is impressive. You must have some serious skill and patiance. You could probably just use the blower bracket for the 4.6 and drill new holes for the 5.4.

Man, I'm glad page 2 isn't like page 1. I got tired of scrolling back and forth to read the posts.

The bolt hole that lines up with the idler pulley doesnt match up exactly so I'm probably just going to cut the boss off and move it.

Yeah it was just that one picture of the intercooler that screwed everything up. I have no idea why that went off to the side of the other picture.
