Default C&L 80mm MAF...Worth the money?

For those of you who have installed this MAF housing on thier car....Did it make a difference in power? Could you feel the difference or should I just stick with the stock MAF and put my money toward something else? Let me know. Thanks!

Stick with stock!
When Lizzyfan says this I'm pretty sure he means stock brand. The problem with aftermarklet Maf's is that they are all over the board with consistency. Sure you will pick up some power if your car is tuned right, but it will take you many diff. tunes to get you there. If you have an otherwise stock motor you don't need a bigger maf! You won't notice or for that matter gain any power. The maf just reads the amount of air coming in...that's it. If you do go blower or turbo and you do need a bigger maf then I would stick with Ford Brand the lightning 90mm. Ford mafs are so much more consistent than aftermarket ones!
