if you think lmI's are bad, wait till you drive with a set of dronemasters... i damn near ripped hair out on a 100 mile drive.. I have the lmII's and during cruising speeds you wont hear a thing, while your on the throttle its a beast tho
+1 LMII's are QUIET while cruising, especially if you're coming from LM1's. I guess I'm used to my LMII's cause I don't even notice them anymore unless I'm getting on it. Then like he said, it sounds like a beast. And I just switched from stock like 2 weeks ago. Personally I'd check into just buying some LMII mufflers. Might save you some money in the long run, and they sound NICE.

my cousin just put on his super 40s and it sounds good but it is to quite

I have the original 40's.

You can hear it in the cab when you are getting up to speed but you can't hear it at all when you are cruisin.

I actually like the drone...makes it sound a lot deeper...and if you have the radio on a little bit..you can't hear the drone

deff go original 40's...sounds amazing

Sounds like the regular old Magnaflows are what you want. They are quiet at Idle or cruising, but they really speak up when you step on it.

I have longtubes, o/r x and original 40's and it's by no means too loud. I want something louder as a matter of fact. While crusing I can't hear my car at all. Flows sound good but don't flow much better than the stock mufflers if they do any better at all. I have a supercharger so there holding me back too much to stay with. Mine will be coming off just as soon as I figure out which straight through muffler I want. I'm thinking of trying dynamax ultra flows but slp lm2s are also a possibility.
