Coolant Leak!!! HELP!!!

i had the same leak, but i later on found out that my t-stat housing had a tiny crack which didnt allow for the bolts to stay in there at the required torque specs, so it kept leaking. I had to replace the whole manifold (it also had another crack). But when u replace the o ring make sure to use a torque wrench and to torque the bolts down in correct sequence and to the correct torque specs. After u do that, couple weeks down ther road, check if the bolts are still at the same specs as when u tightened them. If not, then that might be ur problem. Hope that helped.
