Default Sqeeking noise???

When it is cold out, let's say in the morning leaving for school I start my car up and right when I start rolling my car makes a long sqeeking noise. Once you have been driving for a while it doesn't happen. O yeah this is only when you are just starting out in first gear going very slow then when you get up to speed it not happen. Any idea what this might be?
