Hey guys i found a 2000 GT Vert, Loaded,87 k,withsome mods (LTs, h- pipe, saleens, 4.10s, lowerd.) The car needs a transmission and passenger side air bag. Then i find out it has a salvage title. He is asking $9,000 for it. I dont think salvages go for even close to that. Or am i wrong. What do you guys think a good price would be for this car? thanx

 

Not even close. It wouldnt be worth much more than that (if any, depending on your location) even if it wasnt wrecked.

Might be worth $6500? Maybe less. A new tranny is not gonna be light on anyones wallet

 

i wouldn';t gve anywhere near that if it has a salvage tittle

 

There are plently of clean titled 99-00 Stang around, for 9k or less.

 

I would look at a different car. Get away from that thing.

 

Yea i know there is plenty out there that are ingreat condition andi can get for that and i have got the money but I would like to findcheaper ones and mod them.what should i say for an offer?

 

Seriously bro.. A salvaged title should make you tuck your tail and run! And buying a new tranny wont be fun!
