Are you talking about on an aftermarket shortblock setup or a stock factory shortblock (crank/rods/pistons)?
On a stock shortblock, as everyone has said you do not want to exceed about 10 PSI. You can run 10 PSI on 93 or 91 octane, but with the 91 you will have to run less timing and the car will make less power.
On what I have to assume is your aftermarket shortblock (since you simply cannot be spraying a 200 shot into a stock shortblock and have it live) you can run quite a bit more. I cannot tell you the exact maximum PSI you can run (depends on alot of things really) but you can safely make 550+ WHP with the correct setup on pumpgas. MPH has several built shortblock/cams/bolton only setups making 550+ WHP on pump gas (93 octane).
