Default Gear ratio?

Hey guys I'm new to the 4.6 Mustang. I just bought an 02 GT automatic. The question I have is do all 99-04 GT have3.27 gears? A few years back I had a 94 Z28 automatic (3.23 gears)with the LT1. From what I've driven this new car it feels every bit as strong as the Camaro. How do you guys think the two cars would match up in the quarter mile? Thanks.

Honestly, the Camaro would win. The LT1 pulls like a beast on the top endjust like the LS1 does, and the GM automatic is better than the Ford. Get yourself some 4.10's and drag radials, and youll own a stock camaro. Also, all new edges I believe came with 3.27's stock. Before that, it was an option.
