Default Vibrating noise

Whenever Itake a turn on anoff ramp that makes a right 360 degree turn off the highway to the interstate, I hear this louding vibrating noise coming from my back right.I had thought it was possibly my lug nut key that I have in the trunk, but that is secured. Any ideas on what it could be?

I had this for awhile, turns out all those times to the twisties somehow caused my over the axle part of my exhaust piping to become really close to my passenger side frame. Check it out, if not then your looking at something loose in your trunk (like alot of change or something)

I will check that out.I have checked in trunk and nothing is lose from what I've seen. What gets me is I only hear it when I made really wide turns like that going at a decent speed.

Lol, I really haven't kept an eye on when it does that, I believe it does that around 1.5k or so doing 45-50.
