Do you check your A/F ratio during this, or do you have a way to tell what it was?? Hopefully you didn't start going too lean, since I'm assuming your tune is for 10psi...

Do you have an A/F ratio guage as well?
If so, take it back up there just once more (but cautiously!) to make sure you're not going lean up there. If you are going lean, get it retuned adding fuel where it needs to be added. That would give you some added security in case it starts wandering past 10PSI like that again. Better to catch it on purpose than to accidentally let it drift that high. Lean is not good.
