Default Comp or VT Cams?

I originally planned on going with VT Stage 2 Cams, but now some people are suggesting to go with Comp Cams because the power gains are better. Which would be better to go with? What is the equivalent to a VT Stage 2 from Comp?

You have to flycut the piston with stage 2 comp cams. With stage 2 VT cams you dont. So if you're willing to do some piston work then yes the power gains will be slightly better
