Default what to do?

i have a 02 GT with 120k miles and light modifications but im looking for more power. im not going to sell the car so my question is what should i do. i have thought about rebuilding and putting on new heads and cams, but im not sure what kind of money that involves. so any suggestions would be great and if anyone knows of someone good in central or southern california that can do the rebuild and give me prices. thanks

Now for a real response, How much money you thinking? 4-5K will get you a supercharger, good for well over 100hp. Under that N2O is another cheap power adder. Cams and ported heads is good but your looking at a few thousand there, (3000ish?).

my thing is it makes me nervous thinking about supercharging with 120k miles. im not sure if it is actually a problem but i would rather rebuild now than wait till i blow my motor to rebuild. and im willing to spend the money to get a lot of power in the future too.

Doesn't happen as easily 4.6s as 5.0s. On a 2V it makes more sense to get blown. On a 5.0 you could do it for $1500, maybe less. Laborand a tunewill cost you almostthat much on a 4.6.
