it doesnt matter that they ride and look like **** yada yada, its rly unsafe, so just buy springs
How is it unsafe? Also I've already bought springs and Eibach's warranty is nothing like what they say.... Lifetime my ***. I called to see what they would do and the asked me if I had a shop put them on, I said no but I am a certified mech and I have a DBA so it doesn't matter. then they told me I would have to have a shop other than my own, take the springs off and send them to them. They do a compression check on them and if they are found to be to their standards, then they wont send me replacements. And if I wanted them back I'd have to send them shipping money. Oh and the check alone would take up to a month not including shipping... Do not buy Eibachs EVER!

I've heard good results from GT owners from thePro kit. Maybe that's because they've never tried anything else, I dunno. I hate 'em compared to the Progress springs I had on my GT. They beat the crap outta me, but ZERO body roll.

As far as cutting the stock springs, methinx that's just ghetto. Don't be cheap, it's worth $250 todo it right....

I got the roush performance springs in the back, 55 bucks each, and the fox cyl in the front. Anyone that says you can't have a lowered car and have a drag suspension is full of it...

If I had not gotten such a good deal on the fox springs (code) I would have gotten roush all the way around. Its only 200 bucks...

If you cut them. Just cut the height off you want to lower it. It will probably bounce and be rough but then again it is free until you get enough money for springs. I wouldn't heat them though....you won't ever get the car level

when you get back from the big fight night @ wendy's have on eof them cut your springs then you'll realize why the rest of us just buy a spring kit. $189, quit going to fst food for a week and you'll be able to afford them

im thinking about cutting my springs. i know everyone is gonna say dont do it, it will ride like crap, etc. But im wondering if i do, how much should i cut to get it down like 1.5inches? i dont want to have to buy c/c plates either. is it like 1 coil is 1 inch?

Dont cut them. You need all those coils in there. If you cut one or two off then you really loose the strength of the spring and your handling goes way down. Not to mention they'll start to sag over time. Just go with some ebay springs. They work good. I had a set on my car for a year and a half
