My whole bumbper used to move up and down. I took it back and had them fix it. The lights just stay where they are, I hate it. I can put my whole finger underneath my drivers side headlight and only my fingernail under the passenger side. Your clips might just be lose on ur light, just push them down and see if the move down any. Yea, I love my cobra bumbper, thanks.
