Default 99 Cobra Heads on 03 GT Stock Block

Ok, my friend is offering to sell me his 99 Cobra heads assembled w/ stock cams, stock 99 intake manifold, timing chain cover, waterpump, fuel rails, and some other little things for cheap. I have already looked into everything else that I will need to buy to do the swap. Has anyone heard of doing this and/or have done it themselves. If so please tel me what exactly I will need, how long it took, and any other things that i will want to upgrade while i have the motor already out of the car. I am already planning to put D.S.S Racing Pro X forged pistongs and rods, SPEC stage 2 clutch, Aluminum flywheel, vlave covers, air/fuel wideband, long tubes, off road h-pipe, cobra cold air intake, and some other things into my car. My plans later on are a supercharger so thats why i am doing all the supporting mods now. Also if anyone has done this can you tell me how much power you are putting out. Thanks
