NGK TR55 or TR5 (one comes gapped and the other you have to gap correctly)

Its best to gap your plugs no matter what. Even if they come pre-gapped.

I would go with Autolites since your not FI or Spraying.

if your not boosting or spraying i would 100% say NGK TR55s. great plug! gapped to the stock #'s on the hood sticker. dont bother with thoes crazp plugs with two or 4 pionts, they are worthless. the 4.6 loves the NGKs. hell of a difference when i put them in at 20,000 miles.
