What brand 180 thermostats are you running?
guys i am looking into getting a 180 thermo asap.

They have them. Tell them you want the optional 180*. I work at Advance Auto Partsand we carry Stant thermostats.

What about the "pressure balanced" thermostat I`ve been hearing about. Are they worth it?? Do they keep the plastic intake from splitting??

Got mine from advance too....took them a while to find it so like sstang said make sure they look under optional
