Ok does your waste gate have 1 vacume hose fitting or 2 (pressure side for 1 vacume for the other)? And how do you root it to your boost controller. I would pass on checking for leaks just make shure you dont have a connection completely off and you will see at least some boost leaks or not. I am pretty certain you have some vacume/pressure line simply hooked up in the wrong places.

Make shure the vacume side wich is the rod side port conected to vacume source. Put the outer port on your intake. Or you can just plug off the vacume port and try just hooking to the intake to make shure the gate is working.
