last night car blew spark plug out dont know the reason but the hole for the plug is thread less now any one have a fix besides R/R the head which i have another set thanks any help is better then none

take it downto your local shopand have it heli-coiled...its expensive but it keeps from replacing the head. As for popping out, its been happening alot, and the reasons could be numerous...just be glad you didn't lock your engine up like another member did[:'(]

 

how did he lock it up i drove it 25miles home like that !!!!!!!!

 

why are people having so many problems with plugs popping out? I've changed the plugs in my T-bird (Aluminum heads, 4.6) 2 or 3 times and I have not had any problems. Now you people are making me nervous even though I've changed plugs a few times before.
