Default How much am I looking at for an engine rebuild.

I'm going to do all the work myself, although I might just buy a mod 1100 shortblock from MMR. If i buy the shortblock how much extra costs am I looking at. 7-800'ish? New head bolts/gasket all that crap. I'll probably find some used blower-cams as well.

Also anyone know the shipping costs on one of their blocks?

I have a 2003 Mach1 shortblock for sale with 0 miles.
$1250

But anyways, it depends on what your going to have done to the block for machine work. Hot tanking, line honeing, cylinder honing all adds up quick and assembly can be very expensive.

Just call around to a couple different shops and get some prices.
