COMP CAMS <- Ebay cams? Anyone?

Anyone used the comp cams off ebay? What's the biggest cams I can safely throw into my 98 GT (with full PI swap) without upgrading the valve springs? Thanks

The biggest cam without new springs would be a VT stage 1 or comp XE262AH. Id upgrade the springs either way though.
