what could be wrong to get these codes?

what could be wrong to get these codes?
need help finding out what i gotta do to fix my probs with these codes...
first is P0135 and it says
upstream heated oxygen sensor circuit fault bank no. 1
second is P1000
OBD2 monitor testing incomplete
third is P1443
evaporative emission control system / vacuum system / purge control solenoid or purge control valve fault....
does anyone know what i can do to fix these codes??? i dont know much about the car, ive always been a chevy guy. i have a 97 GT auto... mods listed below... i wanna get them fixed ASAP... thanks in advance for any help..

P0135 check the actual plug of the O2 sensor on the passenger side in front of the cat. I had P0161 the other day and it was a similar thing with Bank 2 sensor 2. (you're bank 1 sensor 1). Either the plug on the sensor is loose or the wire that heats the O2 sensor is broken.
P1000 is related to that probably since the OBDII system can't do all of its sensor checks

i got that last code w/ my dakota. it had something to do w/ the gas cap. no clue if it is related here.

since you have an off road midpipe...it will throw that P0135 code...sometimes even with MIL eliminators
the P1000 will come up all the time...it doens't mean anything really and doesn't cause the check engine light to come on...not for sure about the third one though.

change the gas cap first for the evap code if that doesnt work u will probably need to take it to a shop they will smoke test it and see the leak we got a otc smoke maching the other day and it is ok but i wouldnt recommend it not enough smoke

thanks alot... im taking it to the guy who usually does my work tomorrow and see what he thinks... if anyone else has any input i would appreciate it... and a big thanks for the guys who already posted...
