If you aren't low on coolant, try replacing your thermostat and cleaning out your radiator by running hose water from in side the engine bay out, also do a coolant flush. If this doesn't help watch for bubbles in your coolant resevior while reving the engine. and when you change your oil put a little bit in a glass jar and make sure it isnt green. but i really think the first sentence will fix your problem

take apart your thermostat housing make sure that f'er is working correctly. Another good way to check is to feel the hose after driving her for a while and if it's not hot your tstat is screwed up.
I learned about this a while back so I could be wrong, be nice if someone could confirm this.

There is a breather screw that you can remove by your intake, you need to remove that when adding new fluid, it will allow the fluid in and burps the system so you dont get pockets of air.
Going to a 180 degree T-stat is a good way to go also setting your fan hi-lo on switch 10 degree's cooler will help a lot as well.
