so i went to set up my 2 step rev limiter last night, i set the neutral rev limit at 3000 and left the driving stock. even when driving the limiter kicked in at 3000. whats going on? how do i fix it? also where do i get the extreme tune program? i tried installing it from the supplied cd but it didnt work. also my computer automatically sets up the tuner when i hook it up but it wont work with the live link, is there a way i can just get it set up manually like the directions say? thanks for any help

 

All i know is when I tried to setup my 2-step rev limitor it did the same thing. I think it has to come customed tuned with it for it to work, but if not I am also wanting to know.
