Default tune up questions

Hey, i'm kind of new and i drive a stock 97 cobra. So my car smells like it's running rich and doesn't feel all that powerful so i'm thinking it could be the maf. SO what is the best way to clean that? Also i want to do a full tune up like change plugs and wires and coils, all that good stuff, oh yeah and my fuel filter. SO if anybody could tell me what all i need to do and how to do it so my car runs better and what notit would be greatly appreciated(spelling?). THANKS!!
