My buddy has an AWD Talon with a custom turbo, among a few other mods... I can take him off the line wiht my Auto, but once he hits 3rd, he smokes me, but then again he's making about "245HP" at the wheels, so he says, damn turbos... Good luck!

Dude, you have the race won. I mean, unless he dropped a crap load of cash into that talon, it's really not a race, especially considering you're making 260HP. I have a '96 with a couple of mods and I'm not nearly putting down the power of your stock '04. A lot of the kids that live near me or at my college are major ricers. I mean, they talk soooo much crap, it's unbelieveable. I had one kid telling me his stock lexus IS300 was running low 13's all day, STOCK, haha. But he failed to ever show me a time slip. So, don't believe anything they have to say, go out there and run them and see how you do. I mean, if he's got a turbo and junk, and beats your stock GT, there is really no shame in that. If he wants to put all kinds of money on the race, then question if it's stock or not, but chances are he's bluffing.
