HELP! Purge flow sensor

Hi, im from PEI canada with a 96 mustang GT. I need a purge flow sensor but I cant find one anywheres. Even the dealership said they dont make them anymore. Where can I get one of these buggers

Its a evap control, it checks flow in the top left of your engine bay. It spits ut the code P1443 can I put a resister in it?

Come on someone must know where to get one or how to rig it up so it shuts out the light, if i knew the amps going to it I could try a resister
