I'm going to order 3.73 from FRPP, I see that they sell an install kit, do I need this.

no, not for such a new car, the gears come with everything you need except something to recal your speedo and the gear oil / friction modifier

i was told i need a new pinion seal, crush sleave, and pinion bearings. Besides the oil and friction modifier. They said they can use my shims that are already in there, i was thinking about going 4.10's or 4.30's

that comes with the gears, the install kit is a bearing / seal kit for the whole rear end

They had to add shims to mine on the install. Dont be surprised if you need to buy some.
