Here are a couple pictures of a mini race bypass valve on a intercooled GT. This puts the air back into the intake tube before the s/c. The only difference between the 2 set ups would be the blow through mass air meter would be in the discharge tube after the bypass valve and the bypass wouldn't be linked to the intake tube it would vent to the atmosphere.

Not really you need to weld the by-pass valve to the discharge tube and then just run a flexable hose from the one side to the same place the stock one did on your intake tube. Then hook up your vaccum. It's not to bad. It's a nice upgrade for tuneability.

Would I do that from the aftercooler to the power pipe ? Or would I ditch the aftercooler and get an intercooler . And would an aftercooler be enough for the 14 psi pulley i have . One more question . How the hell did you get detailed pics like that on here ? everytime I put pics up it says file too large . Nice weld for a do it yourselfer .
