Default Twin Turbo

Yo guys, I've been thinking about FI fir sometime now and summer is coming so that I can really save my money since I'll be out of school. At first I was thinbking of going with a Vortech S-trim kit, but then I started to think about it. I was looking on ebay and found this. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=120120869665

I know it doesnt come with headers or downpipes. Besides injectors, MAF, and fuel pump, what should I need? I found a place where I can get turbo headers online. I just dont know exactly how it will all piece together. Will I need a new intake with this setup, or will the stock intake work? I know it would just be easier to get an SC, but I just think this would be really unique. I know in the long run it'll wind up being more expensive than an SC kit, but since I'm a teen who doesnt make that much aside from insurance and stuffm I think I'd rather do it piece by piece anyways, instead of shelling out 4k all at once. If any of you have any knowledge in this area, and could help guide me then please reply. thanks

Lol@those kits on ebay. You'd need a ton of fab work to go along with it. By the time you were done, you probably could have purchased a reputable kit such as HP.

Damn, really? Argh, I was actually getting excited and thinking it would work. I wish I could somehow build a custom turbo kit.

IMO, that's a waste of money. Your car, i'm guessing still has a stock bottom half. Yeah, it's gonna be cool to say you have twin turbos, but exactly how much HP are you planning on getting with that set up. If you want to go f/i, just use that money and get a s/c.

Ya, I am planning on getting somwhere in the ball park of 380-410 rwhp. If I understand that is about all our stock motors can take. If it is just not gonna be a good idea then I might stay on my vorrch S-trim path. Argh, I just wont be able to get 4k this summer. o well.
