You are certain that you have the TPS sensor installed correctly? Even if it is installed correctly, the spring loaded piece inside may have been turned too much while it was off the car and dislocated from where it needs to be.
Edit: I think somewhere you may have mentioned that you verified that the voltages were correct so nevermind, unless you haven't checked everything...

- bad nitrous solenoid leaking nitrous into idle
-something restricting the gas pedle or cable stoping the throttle body from closing all the way

I had the same thing happen when I installed my Accufab 70mm combo on my otherwise stock except for Magnaflow catback car.
Idle hang problems.
Tried everything that everybody else has tried with no luck.
Stock combo works fine.
I returned the Accufab combo because I was not interested in a tune.
