Default P-51 intake manifold and TB

I am looking at the P-51 intake manifold and was curious as to the TB/Plenum combo that would work with it. It kind of looks like the design eliminates the need for the plenum? is this correct do I simply attach a TB to the intake manifold?

I wouldn't do an intake manifold right now with your mods. You don't have the mods to really benefit from it. I would go ahead and get a tb/plenum or long tubes and a midpipe.

I'm actaully looking at F/I either at the end of this summer or beginning of next. Either a procharger D-1sc or HP's 57mm TT kit. Then when I get some more $$$ a forged bottom end, tranny and rear end.

If you want FI, don't get the P51. It's better suited for N/A or nitrous because of the long runners. But, to answer your question..."Yes", you bolt the TB on the intake, no plenum is used.

Code do you have a better suggested intake? I'm guessing the stock plastic piece of crap will not hold up well under boost.

HPS Hardballer seems to be doing prety well. The stock one will work VERY well, but you are unable to port it.
