i know there is a huge debate over this but im tired of the stock gears and want something more. within the next couple years i plan on gettin the mongoose vortech kit from MPH so i would like to plan ahead and get the right gear now so i wouldnt have to change. which would be a good gear to get now and still be alright when i get the blower? im wanting 3.90's? is that to big?

It's what you feel comfortable driving. With a centrifugal charger I'd say 3.90's would be fine. 3.73's or 3.55's for a roots. You can go 4.10's if you want. People here have, but I personally wouldn't want to drive a blown car with 4.10's especially if you're a 5 speed.

i say 3.73 cuz if you ever make enough power you'll run outta gear like ceekay did with 4.10's And only went to 112

3.73 but drive in a car that has it dont ask evreywone they all like somthing different or dossent know whats best for you after all it is your car.
