The block may be made of some KINDA thick metal but what about the exhaust manifolds, heads, and just about everything else in the engine bay.

i had a friend with a Z28, after a night of racing he decides to pour water on the motor for some dumbass reason... the car hasnt moved since.

ill tell him, like the one gentlemen suggested, keep the car running and spray the radiator. i dont want him to ruin his engine, cause he was always trying to find ways to keep up with me =) i need a bi*ch to beat on when i lose to a carrera 3 or z06
