Default 4" exhaust?

i have a 3" mac ss catback, but really want the look of 4" tips. i've found magnaflow tips on completeexhaust.com, but they look like they have to be welded on. i also know they have some bolt-on exhaust tips...someone please let me know if they've done this or know another way to get 4" tips

o boy from the title i thought you were trying to put 4 inch exhaust system on your mustang or something phew glad thats not that case.. Its best to get tips welded on because with clamps you can usually see the clamp and it kinda looks retarded... Someone on here has 4 inch tips they looks pretty good. i have 3.5 inch rolled tips and there big enough for me.

i want to get them welded on but the mac catback has the rear hanger welded onto it...the only solution i can think of would be to cut the hanger off of the mac, weld the magnaflow tips onto the mac and weld the hanger to the magnaflow tip...sound reasonable?
