Which wire on the COP is the negative wire. All of them have a red wire and then a differing striped wire. So is the red wire or the striped wire the negative wire??

 

The striped wires are the negative leads, however they are switched to ground by the PCM to charge and discharge the coil--I.e. they are not connected directly to ground. Here's the wiring diagram...[/align][/align][/align]
