You have to extend the power steering lines. YOur best bet would be to ask procharger to send you the hardware kit..... get the instructions too you definately need them.

Yea, your intercooler might not be a 3 core..... here's a little pic ofmy 3coreintercooler.... Notice the "Procharger" across it.

hmmm maybe mine is a littlecooler.... but then again looking at the new pictures on the procharger website, all of the intercoolers are made like yours. I think I may just have an old kit..

what does 3 core really mean anyway? that the tube goes across the cooler 3 times?

I wish mine was shiney[]
...

either way... I put the intercooler on tonight.. It took a few hours, but only because I took time to make sure it wasn't against the a/c condensor... I just removed the powersteering cooling lines for now... I may just get rid of that all together, or try to run it behind the bumper somewhere...

Intercooler looks sweet hiding back there. Mine doesn't show near that much on the stock GT fascia so it looks like I may need to get a Cobra fascia!

That's the three core. I have the two core and it's no where near that big. Just go to a hardware store and get a couple of short pieces of hose, two straight connectors and two small hose clamps. Extend the cooler lines a little and bolt the cooler to that tab on the front of the intercooler.

haha.... the challenger is a 72' 340, 4 speed rallye car. My mom bought it brand new in 71. Other than the color, wheels, and a few other small things its completely untouched.

We have plans on soon trying to restore it, its a little dull and rough now, but even with 120,000 it'll still start and drive to the ocasional cruise in on the square!

About the intercooler, I tried polishing it a little, I think i'd have to strip and sand it down before it would shine... any ideas?

also, about the mass aire meter, I imagine since its in the fender, i'm suppose to have some kind of maf pigtail extension wire of some sort ?

thanks for the copmliments and help...
